These shades are FANTASTIC! I know, I know, most of us think “oh no, automated shades are expensive”. Guess what…I don’t blame you! I used to think the same thing.
However, Lutron has made it AFFORDABLE for everyone now! This is a huge turning point for our industry.
You’ll find there are some really great features with these shades –
1. No Cutting Into Your Walls: The shades are battery operated and super easy to use with a surprisingly long battery life.
2. Sleek Remote: They come with a little hand held remote that looks like a mini iPod called a Pico. I must say, it’s quite cute!
3. There’s An App: The best thing about these shades is that you can download their iPad application and operate the shades from anywhere in your home via your App. (Tell me you don’t think that’s cool!)
4. Just Like James Bond: You can set up specific ‘scenes’ in your App – such as a “morning” or “evening” and your shades will open or close to where you’ve set them. You can even turn on/off certain lights to go with your shades!
